ezytire is a website designed for tire retailers allowing them to extend their business onto the internet. Consumers view your tire inventory and order tires directly from your website. The site also features promotional coupons, a map to your store, helpful articles, links to your social networks, and much more.
How many clients do you have?
ezytire is a new product and rapidly becoming popular. Our Tireweb product is used by 250 wholesale locations in the USA with over 20,000 retail locations using our system every day. Our products are distributed widely throughout the USA and Canada. Even though it’s new to market, no other software vendor has as many tire retailer websites as ezytire.
What other industries do you work with?

What sort of technical support do you offer for your websites?
We offer around the clock support – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We have technical staff in the USA, Canada, Mexico and Australia to ensure complete coverage. All of our staff are qualified, trained professionals. Many of them have experience working in the tire industry before coming on board with ezytire.
What’s my total cost of investment for getting a website from ezytire?
Our base product costs US$80 a month. There’s no upfront purchase price. You don’t sign a contract. You can cancel at any time. We are totally transparent in our pricing and you won’t incur any hidden or unexpected costs.
What do I have to pay to get service and support from ezytire?
Nothing at all. Customer service and support are included in your monthly investment.
Where is my ezytire site located? Do I need to organize web hosting?
No, you don’t need to organize web hosting. We have 14 servers in our secure data centers in Dallas, Texas and Atlanta, Georgia. All sites are hosted by ezytire and are included as part of your monthly investment.
What kind of security do you offer?
We have a comprehensive process to ensure every ezytire website is available 24 hours a day. We take every reasonable precaution to protect the security of your website along with the integrity and privacy of your data. Our two data centers are purposely located in different geographic locations to enhance our disaster recovery procedures.
I don’t know the first thing about the internet. Do you have training?

How many times can I make changes to my website before I get charged?
Your ezytire website is completely customizable and you can change it whenever and however often you want. The website management feature puts you in complete control. You don’t have to wait for us to make the changes for you or pay extra when you need something done.
How does ezytire know which inventory to display?
When you become an ezytire client, you tell us which Tireweb dealer you work with. The ezytire website pulls the inventory from your Tireweb dealer. Your website will only display the tires you sell in your store.
How does ezytire decide which price to use?
Your Tireweb dealer supplies ezytire with pricing. Before any pricing is displayed on your website, you set your markup and margins for each product. Your customers only see your prices.
How do I load pictures of tires onto my website? It seems like a big job.
You don’t have to do anything. Our software is integrated with Tirelibrary which contains all the tire information, statistics and images for your tires. Your ezytire website will be fully loaded with all this information and you won’t have to do a thing.
I don’t use a Tireweb dealer. Can I still get an ezytire website?
Yes. You can upload spreadsheets containing the manufacturer product code and pricing. The ezytire website accesses all the information needed from Tirelibrary to give you an attractive website loaded with tire information.
I have several tire retail locations. Can I use ezytire for all of them?
Our ezytire Groups function is designed specifically for retail chains or industry groups with multiple retail outlets. You can group multiple ezytire sites together allowing the customer to find and access the inventory and pricing from their local retail store.
I already have a website. Why would I use ezytire?
That’s a great question and one we hear all the time. No other website has integration with Tireweb and Tirelibrary. When you have an ezytire website, you don’t have to worry about updates to your site or outdated information. Your site never gets stagnant or “dusty”. Using our Themes and Artwork feature allows you to continually update the look of your website without incurring extra costs or waiting for a website developer to make the changes for you. We put you in complete control and ensure your website always has the most current information available.
I want to switch to an ezytire website but want to keep my existing domain name so I don’t confuse my customers. Can I do that?
Absolutely. We can configure your current domain name, e.g. www.johnsontirecompany.com, so that it points to your new ezytire website. Your customers will never know the difference. Contact Us for more information on how to do this.
